Kings Point

How can I describe this place???  Hmmm....  Well I described my co-op as a filing cabinet for the middle class just starting up... then this place is a filing cabinet for seniors and this filing cabinet is in heaven's waiting room.  Sooner or later, god comes by and takes your file to the shredder...

Aside for waiting for your ticket to eternity (a.k.a. the 911 call that results in an ambulance to Delray Medical Center's ER), there are a lot of activities to do.  If it's something that interests a 70 year old... there's a club for it.  The clubhouse is well equipped with a hair salon and home duty services company, which is in addition to card rooms, stage, indoor and outdoor pools, gym, pool room and the most wretched men's locker room I've ever had the displeasure to be in... But what do you expect when the average age of someone that uses it is 80.

If you're looking to kick your parents out of NY and down to Florida, King's Point is a good place to start.  The bubble has pretty much contracted as far as it will and you can get a fully furnished place for cheap!
