Stopped in on a very snowy evening, so the crowds were very light. Â We were the only ones there for about 30 minutes, although there was a decent amount of carryout traffic.
Overall good food. Â They seem to have a mix of Asian cuisines. Â We had the Hibachi chicken, FireHouse chicken, chicken Lo Mein, and a variety of appetizers. Â The main dishes were very good. Â The spring rolls and crab ragoon were OK, not outstanding. Â The tea was Lipton, which seemed extremely odd for this type of restaurant.
There was a single server, he may have been cooking that evening too. Â Very good service, helpful and friendly. Â The diner ended with peppermints instead of fortune cookies, another oddity.
Would stop in again if we were in the area and looking for Chinese like food.
Nice place located on South Hamilton Rd. in the same strip mall with the Groveport Giant Eagle. The restaurant itself is small but quaint and the owners/operators are always friendly. They offer a reasonably sized menu (not huge and overwhelming) of both Chinese and Japanese cuisines (no sushi that I can tell) including Japanese Hibachi and traditional Chinese dishes. They have great Teriyaki chicken wings as well as pretty good egg rolls. My only negative, however, would be the spring rolls. Today I ordered the "Appetizer Sampler" that came with two spring rolls and I couldn't finish them, they tasted awful. In fact, to be honest, the worst spring rolls I've ever tried. So those didn't go over well with me personally. But so far every main dish entree that we've ordered from them has been very good.
