Time and again my boyfriend and I give this Subway a chance and every time we are let down. Â The most recent issue: I ordered a Buffalo Chicken sub through the drive-thru (my first mistake), got all the way home and THERE WAS NO CHICKEN ON THE SUB! Â After driving all the way back, I get a blank stare from someone claiming to be the next best thing to a manager (apparently they don't have a manager on duty at all times) when I expressed my discontent. Thankfully, another staff member competently made me another sub. Â There are many, many issues with this location. Â Most Subways that have a drive-thru seem to have a second food line that is specifically for drive-thru orders. Â This one does not so it takes twice as long to get your food because the workers are trying to make subs for both in-store and drive-thru orders off of one line. Â I think this is partly to blame for my missing chicken during my last visit. Â Usually I end up with a sub where the bread has been cut all the way through so it's difficult to hold the sandwich and eat it without making a mess. Â We've experienced flat breads not toasted on more than one occasion, though I have been told by staff flat breads "must" be toasted. Overall, I am high dissatisfied with this Subway location and will be going to another store from now on. Â I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
