I won't be back. Not a varied menu, boring venue, adequate service.

As a local institution, I really wanted to like it more.

We came in with a fairly large group, and they knew we were going to be a sizeable group. So maybe they shouldn't have sat us in the brand new waitress's section. Or maybe the manager or other people could have helped her out. But she was in the weeds from the minute we sat down. Which is baffling since it was a Monday night and in no way what one could consider busy.
The food was standard, nothing special. And the wait for food and terrible service tonight did not help to endear the place to me. One person in our group almost didn't get her food. It was brought out as someone else's to-go order. Thankfully her meal was comped.

Went here recently for a family celebration, the food was ok but nothing memorable, the atmosphere was more enjoyable than the food.  I had the veggie burger which was average, apparently they had just switched (that day) from homemade veggie burgers to the typical garden burgers, too bad for me!  Not a lot of other vegetarian options on the menu.

This place is in a great location--at the edge of a large park--and the interior decor reflects that, lots of wood and exposed brick as well as photos from the park.  Very nice.
