  La Cave was excellent. The calamari was so tender, not like you get at most places. The wait staff was professional. Karlos was our waiter. You could see this was his profession and not just a job.  Our entrees were very good and the ambiance was great.

  So good! A group of us came for happy hour and were very happy with the service and the wines. Tapas were great too!
  We knew the place was close to the Sheridan, but we didn't realize it was inside the hotel.  Doesn't feel like a cheesy hotel bar, it's really nice and comfortable inside.

  Friendly waitstaff. Nice ambiance! The salad I ordered had a funky dressing that tasted rancid. Waiter was super nice about me returning it for something else.

  I have been here 3 times so far including New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day. We will go back for more! Good service, good food, nice place. Thank you!

  Romantic little spot for foodies!  The manager remembered us from a previous visit to try tapas and wine to check the place out  before my boyfriend and I came back New Year's Eve to try the special.  We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine and had Lobster Bisque followed by Steak Au Poivre (Pepper Steak) and a Salmon Pinwheel.  The triple chocolate mousse for dessert was amazing!  Excellent service, nice ambiance.  
  
  They have only been open a short time, but feature wine tasting dinners and other specials that we look forward to checking out in the future.
