Food is ok, love that they have a gluten free beer. But service is so touch and go. Sometimes you get someone nice, and sometimes like tonight; it started off nice then we kept getting asked if we wanted food, while we had a thing of food in front of us. Half way through our stay they did a staff change. Then we randomly got our check, guess we were done! After waiting for ever to pay, we wanted our bill split down the middle, and the guy asked if we wanted to take the tip out. What the what. I am not sure why he assumed he would get a tip from how he was acting.  This place is so touch and go, this was on a Friday night so you would think they would have awesome staff.. Eh... :/

This was my third trip to Tellers in the last month.  Once for a late lunch, and twice for brunch.  My first two experiences were pretty good.  I was happy to have a decent place close to home.  I got a burger on my first visit which was great.  The second time I went I had the fried chicken and waffles.  Oh, that was delicious.  Huge and delicious.  My husband had the breakfast burrito which was kind of small and not special.  The service was efficient and cheerful.

Today I had a bummer experience.  I asked the server to help me decide between the eggs benny and the croque madame.  She said definitely, the croque madame and asked if I wanted breakfast potatoes instead of fries.  I thought that was nice, so I went for the breakfast potatoes.  My husband ordered the fried chicken and waffles this time.

A food runner delivered our food after going to wrong tables.  The croque madame wasn't anything special.  It was regular deli ham, and just wasn't very good.  The breakfast potatoes were underseasoned and I bit into several moldy/black bits of potato that tasted disgusting and ruined my taste buds.  I would have told the server if she ever came back.  My mimosa sat empty for the whole meal.  She walked past several times and it seemed like she went out of her way not to look at us while we were eating.  My husband's fried chicken was much greasier than what I had had the time before.  Overall, very disappointing brunch- I probably won't go back unless it's for a beer and burger.

Fairly good beer selection.  I like the fact that they have rarer beers, like unfiltered Blue Moon brewed in the small brewery inside Coors Field.  The service, though, is what really sets this place apart.  The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  I guess this makes up for the food?
