LAVA Hookah Lounge

This place is absolutely horrible. It smells horrible in here and the service is wretched. The hookahs are mediocre. The workers here have an attitude and they have no respect for the customer. I will never come here and I don't suggest you waste your time or money. If you want a quality hookah and great atmosphere I suggest you go to The Palace on Auburn and Dequindre.

Okay, here's the scoop. This place is relaxed, but not very well maintained. I did find it a little dirty in the bathrooms and that was a big turn off for me. It's obvious that when someone owns a business and takes pride in what they have, they do not neglect to keep the place clean. I have been to other cigar and hookah lounges that were so nice I wanted to stay there and enjoy myself all night, I can't say that for this place. It's a bunch of young kids, sitting in a dark and under ventilated room.  I had fun, but not that much fun.

I discovered this place a couple months ago, and since then I have been back a few more times! Granted I have only been to a few hookah lounges, but this one stood out the most to me. I enjoy the environment, the people, and of course the hookah. The last time I was here was about 2 weeks ago, and since then the place has had some renovations, of which made the place a more enjoyable experience.
