One of my favorite dining experiences in Chicago. Â You definitely have to go in there with the right mindset. Â No one is in a hurry, and some of the staff have some language barrier issues, but once you taste the food and chat with the people, you'll forget all of your worries. Â We got so much food for a great price. Â Everything was good (except maybe the jerk chicken wrap that my sister ordered). Â The guy who runs the place was so nice to everyone. Â After we had finished our meal, he brought out a plate of more food for our party to sample. Â The two guys in our group with bottomless pits for stomachs ate up the sample plate and raved about the curried goat and the oxtail. Â One warning, the spicy sauce that comes on the side of the jerk is insanely hot. Â My poor sister accidentally ate a piece of chicken that had fallen into it and I thought her head was going to explode.
At the end of the night, we walked out of the restaurant with full stomachs and happy hearts. Â What more could you ask?
