This place is just weird and I've only visited once around 5PM on a weekend with a friend. It's worth visiting once for the novelty factor. The interior is a pea green and looks unchanged for decades. It's cash only, none of the bar stools match, there's a menu with $2.00 meatloaf (but the grill area was pristine), the pool table was covered with a large cloth which had an old TV and various National Geographics. Best of all is an old photo of an East Columbus (the name of this neighborhood, which has seen better days) football team. There are no beers on tap (there is no tap) and you can also buy over-the-counter pills and lottery tickets. The big art deco sign alone was enough to pull me in.
