This place was very dirty. The carpet seemed to have never been replaced. The table was dirty when we sat down.
The staff was friendly and prompt. The art on the walls was lovely.
The food experience was tainted by the musty smell. The egg roll was tasty but way too greasy. The egg drop soup had promise but it lacked something.
Worth the experience but I am not tempted to return.
Grew up in Bexley, now I live in PA. Â This is by far the best Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at, having been to numerous restaurants both on the west coast and east coast.
The War Su Gai and fried wontons are a must. Â I visit Columbus about once a year and my very first stop is Wings.
I have tried searching the internet for the sauce recipe they use in the War Su Gai, sadly to no avail. Â I would love to be able to cook this myself since I live so far away.
If you want great Chinese food at a reasonable price in a laid back atmosphere, look no further than Wings!
My rating for this place stays the same as last time I visited, however I would now only recommend it as a bar or lounge. The food was not as great as I remembered (coconut shrimp that was over-fried and lukewarm.) but the main attraction is the epic scotch list. I could drop a cool hundred on drinks here and be perfectly happy.
