Great place to grab drinks if you're feeling nostalgic. Or just old.
We wandered in to get a few drinks and appetizers before meeting up with some friends for dinner. I surveyed the crowd of white-hairs and tourists with their parents and realized that this wasn't the W. No matter...the waitstaff are pleasant, if not harried (I observed only one waitress tasked with serving the entire seating area inside the bar as well as the club chairs by the fireplace), the wine list is great, and their small plates are better than bar food. The rosemary flatbread is TDF and I fully snarfed. The lobby is old-school, cozy, and just ever so slightly worn. I digged the live music offering - lady on piano, dude on the bass - and the chance to people-watch.
