I just visited here lastnight and had the most prompt and friendly, top-notch service. I will say it was a Tuesday night, no doubt that helped.
Had a perfect pot of tea (an herbal variety named after Missoula Montana?--not kidding) and a portion of the 3-cheese plate. You can choose from one, three or five cheeses from a list. I asked the server's advice with cheeses and he was really helpful. When the cheese plate was brought out the cheeses were explained in detail. Usually at other places they recite as fast as they can and I can't figure out what they've said and the dinner topic becomes, "so what do you think this is?"
Also had the chef's burger which was ridiculously good. I'm eating the leftovers right now.
I'm not a full entree, meat and potatoes kind of person, so I like that the menu has a variety of options. I've heard that their seafood is incredibly fresh and will be sure to try that next time.
Setting matters a lot to me in a restaurant as well, and the calming cozy setting in the lounge area was just the ticket. The menu applies to the lounge just as it does to the dining room, FYI. I'm just a lounge kind of girl, I think...

The food there is anything that you could hope that it would be.
The staff is considerate and there to fulfill the requests of the
patrons. There is parking available and a pleasant decor.

My husband and I had dinner here on our 16th wedding anniversary (9/6).  Because of the special occasion, we elected to choose the tasting menu ($65 per person) and I went for the wine pairing as well (making my meal $100 per person).  The food was delicious.

The service was a bit slow, but I think that is just how they roll... they want you to savor your food.  Once we learned to relax a bit, we really enjoyed our meal.

The waitress served our desserts with candles to help commemorate our event.

Note: Our particular tasting menu recommended a beer to go with the cheese plate portion of the meal.  I told them I didn't care for beer, and they were happy to accomodate me.  So don't be afraid to recommend alternatives should you wish to try the wine pairing.
