We stopped here for the third time ever this evening and were even more pleased than we have been in the past! We had nice reasonably priced Pinot, good saganaki, great crab stuffed mushrooms and split a steak that was cooked perfectly! Our server, Jordan, could not have been better! She paced the courses perfectly, was very accommodating to our split requests and passed my final test - she did not ask if I needed change when I paid cash, she said she would be back, therefore increasing her  tip and making a great final impression! If you dine at The Lodge ask for Jordan and you will not be disappointed!  Roast a marshmallow or two on your way out for a memorable finish.
Review Source:This review is about a month overdue. We were here in a large group for my boyfriends birthday. Our waiter, Jake, was amazing! He was all over the place but still kept a smile on his face and still found time to chat. Â I wish there were more teenagers just like him. Â Our food was fabulous and they let us keep out ice cream cake in their freezer. We all had a great time, much thanks owed to Jake.

Â If we lived closer, we probably would go every week. Â We ate in the dining room this time vs the bar. Â It is very intimate and nice. Â I highly recommend this for a romantic evening.
Review Source:Amazing! Use to come here when it was Neakos lodge and it was good. But finally came back now that its the Lodge...it's amazing! Had the salmon with  Parmesan on top...so good! Mac N Cheese, spinach and feta, baked goat cheese..all so good! And the best part was the service. Our waitress Justine was wonderful. I was about to order the flounder and she told me don't...you'll be disappointed. So I got the salmon. Good decision. I loved how honest she was. She was quick and took care of all our needs. Also my sister slightly knows the owners wife and she was so kind she surprised us and paid for our two appetizers.We decided this was now "our place". We are coming back at least once a week!
Review Source:Loved the martini specials on the evening we went on. Â Also, the ribs were tasty as well. Â I liked the rub which had a hint of spice similar to a Jamaican Jerk seasoning. Â Also, the Whitefish I ordered was cooked perfectly and cut of the fillet was on point to the price. Â Also, liked the fact they have varying degrees of pricing on the menu. Â Good for a family night out or a cruising stop for some drinks or chow. Â Also, everyone working at The Lodge was very polite and friendly. Â Looking forward to going back!
Review Source:We really enjoyed this place. My wife got the ribs and they were fall off the bone fantastic. I got the chicken kabobs and they were good. The atmosphere was really nice and so was the staff. We really liked making smores on our way out. We would definitely recommend trying this place.
Review Source:Went there because of the deal offered on Yelp and because it was on the way to Sycamore speedway. Â Like everyone says, the ambiance is unmatched. Â
I went with a bunch of friends and all the sides I tried (Mac and cheese, garlic mashed, fries) were just ok. Â One friend complained her haddock was bad. I had the ribs and they were great! The sauce was only covering about half and seemed vinegary but I liked it. Â Whatever rub they use on the ribs was the first time I loved ribs with no BBQ sauce. Â A teeny bit pricey but not bad and worth a try. Â Not really as good as 4 stars but closer to 4 than 3.
This restaurant just keeps getting better and better. The ambiance is incredible: woods setting, fire pits, huge wrap around bar, big cozy booths, fireplace...And the food is wonderful! I love the new chicken fajita weeknight special- great addition to the other great choices! Great Friday fish fry, as well!
Review Source:We love this place! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff and the rotisserie chicken machine, that smells amazing! We sat in the bar area by a huge fire place, it was a very comfortable, and a pretty atmosphere. The server was amazing and our food was outstanding!!!! We got the Ribs and Chicken Combo so good. What we loved the most was that you can bring a date or bring your whole family to The Lodge for dinner. It is defiantly our new favorite place to go.
Review Source:My husband and I go here frequently. Â We love the atmosphere and think the staff is delightful. Â I have yet to order a dish I didn't like but I know if I did they would fix it. I have seen it happen. Â I have no complaints about the wait staff or their attire. Â The woman basher from Kenliworth sounds like a snobby pig. Stay home Kenliworth with your wife and kids. Â We love this place just the way it. Â It's people like you that ruin a great place like this.
Review Source:Hello, I have been going to The Lodge (formally Nikos) for the last 6 years and continue to be pleased with not only the food quality but also the service. I can always count on GREAT food and a GREAT friendly staff whenever I go. I have read some of the recent reviews and it saddens me and proves how ignorant people can be. I think bashing and calling the female staff "poor excuses for women" was completely inappropriate and despicable for a person to say. I will continue to bring friends and family here for GREAT food and GREAT service!!
