Lushan China Bistro

The food is fantastic. I love the sushi. I have yet to have problem in that area. The atmopshere is perfect especially with groups on the patio. The dinning area is great with family or a date.
The problem is the service. The servers are not the friendliest and can leave you very lonely at your table for long periods of time. I thought this would have improved with the new name, but its still just as bad as it was before when it was Blufin.

Lushan is wonderful! My family and I had dinner there this evening (7 of us) and the service was great - very fast and everything was exactly what we wanted, even with our picky eaters! We tried a little bit of everything which was what our server advised. The spicy chicken and mongolian beef were the favorites for us, as well as the egg drop soup - yummy!!! My friend tried the ginger salmon which was unbelievable with tons of falvor and we tried a little bit of sushi also, though we already knew that we loved them when they were served at Bluefin. The Las Vegas was amazing as always, and they brought back the Poke roll which was another favorite for us (AWESOME!!) Overall, we were thrilled and just happy to have amazing seafood, sushi - and now Chinese-  back in Lafayette! My one complaint would be that their parking is limited and you have to park in the bank parking lot across the street, but with food like this parking is my least concern - definitely check it out.
