Main Event Sports Grill

There were a lot of people service was very organized, the food was very good I would recommend this as a meeting place with friends.

My wife and I decided to try this place out a couple months ago after coming back from a day trip in Portland and we didn't have the best experience. It was very loud and very crowded which I suppose is to be expected for a bar but the seating in the dinning area was very cramped as well and is not separate from the bar area at all so all of the noise spills right over into the dinning area.

Our waitress was friendly enough but it was so busy she barely had time to attend to our table and we could only get her to stop by after several attempts at flagging her down. We both ordered hamburgers and I asked for mine to be medium well and my wife asked for no cheese and sure enough when the food finally came out my burger was so pink in the middle it looked like it was still bloody and despite specifically requesting no cheese my wife's burger had cheese on it. Both of our meals were also very cold by the time they reached our table. I suspect we just happened to come on a very busy night and had a bit of bad luck so I think we will give them another try here soon and hope for a better experience.

By far my favorite place to eat in DT Vancouver!  The food is EXCELLENT and the staff are always friendly and accommodating!  If you're in town and looking for a good meal visit the Main Event!
