I mainly go because all of my friends enjoy this place. I seem to come in when they are doing Karaoke which is probably why my friends have a blast. I also came when they had a dub step night which was super fun because that was more my kind of music. The dance floor is quite small, but on the plus side less embarrassing if you are the only one on it.
The overall place is about small/medium in size and since this place is always packed it may feel smaller. They have some pool tables and an outside patio for smokers.
The drinks are reasonable priced and they have some weird random ones like Irish trashcan which was fun to drink.
Service is okay. You have to make your way to the bar and get the bartenders attention like most other crowded bars so it may not be so convenient.
I went to this bar the night I turned 21. When you walk in, there is no official ID-checker guy, but when I went this kid, who looked younger than me, popped up out of nowhere and asked for my ID. The second time I went, which was a couple of months later, no one checked my ID. Something tells me they are a little lax, but I may be wrong.
Anyways, I like the atmosphere. The tables are large wooden spools. There is almost always an open table too. Just like most bars, they have karaoke going every time, but it is blaring, so be warned.
I got an AMF there, it was $7.50 and jello shots were $1. I think they are an average bar, definitely lower end though. Also, they are right next door to Dodge City.
I absolutely LOVE this bar! The atmosphere is very laid back, everyone talks to everyone, and they play Karaoke almost every night! Haha. I am a frequent Wednesday night customer, for their comedy night. Every other Wednesday they bring in a head lining act, and talk about hilarious! Even when there isn't a head liner, you'd be surprised at how funny some of our locals are. LOL! So come on by for some laughs and some (reasonably priced!) drinks. I'll see you there!
