  Excellent customer service, food, and atmosphere.  Manager Katie rocks and noticed she was taking care of everyone by herself perfectly!  Nice open setup of restaurant, perfect for families or just a couple of buddies hanging out.  Definitely recommend!

  Went with a group of friends tonight, hadn't been since they changed locations.  I'll only speak for myself here.  First off, the service was terrible.  We were served by a young girl who didn't seem to care about her job or her guests at all.  I believe her name was Katie.  We did get refills on our drinks without having to ask but that's about the only good thing I can say about the service.  I started with the mozzarella sticks.  Nothing special, just your typical fried mozzarella sticks.  Half of them were overcooked, the other half were ok.  Not sure how they managed that one.  They were served with ranch dressing.  Are you kidding me?  Clearly my fault for not reading what they came with but I felt like a marinara sauce was a pretty safe bet.  For my entree I ordered their supreme meat pizza, a 10 inch.  Pizza was cooked right, as it should've been being that Mancino's is a pizza and grinders joint.  Tasted fine aside from the sausage which was awful.  It also completely lacked bacon which was promised on the menu.  I give them 2 stars mainly for the terrible service, but also for the overcooked appetizer and the pizza without all of the ingredients.

  Katie the manager is horrible. Both visits she has been verbally abusive to employees. It's very uncomfortable hearing this as a customer. Tonight she told all the other employees on the dinning room floor she was about to fire someone for not doing her job. Yelled at her "no you cannot do that finish your work." I HATE environments like this it should be behind closed doors.  The only reason we came back a second time was decent pizza and prices. Breadsticks are not as hyped up as they make them. They are bland with no flavor. Pretzel breadsticks were better! Two stars because the other servers are top notch. I will never revisit this restaurant!

  sandwiches are great
  a long sub to please your mouth

  This is the place my fam goes for a quick take out grinder. "What is a grinder?" you ask.  It's a glorious toasted sub of love. The Italian is always a win (most Italians are), and they come up to 16 inches in size. Hot.
  
  If you're looking for a sandwich in the area, it's worth it to grab it here at this local sweet spot.
