My name is Courtney so I decided to try this place :) The service was great!! I let them know that I was in a hurry and they were right there with me! My food came within 10 minutes and it had a very homey feel. Food was deeelicious. Definitely heading back to try some other dishes that the server talked up! Glad I found this little place :)

Excellent home style cooking. Wonderful pan fried chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes with white gravy.  Apple cobbler was perfect finish.  Have to go home and sleep now :)

Okay, so I want to start by saying that I really love to eat local, and finding this place was like seemed super fantastic awesome, especially since they have tenderloin.

I have been twice now. The tenderloin is good. Its thin, but its hand breaded and has a decent taste. Their fries are pretty good too. (Fresh/hand-cut)

I knocked two stars off because of the frozen food.

I like to dine places that do simple things well. I am not super picky about what I eat, but what I eat should be good and fresh. They served us frozen fried mushrooms (at 6.95) that were absolutely gross, and my boyfriend had ordered the fish and chips, and when it came out, sure enough it was frozen fish. It had a bad aftertaste.

I feel like if you are going to have a good home cooking, local place, you should just leave the frozen fare out. There are so many options out there that can still be cost effective and the food honestly made me think twice about going back. I would have gladly paid 6.95 for half as many fresh, hand breaded mushrooms (even if they had used drakes or whatever they use on the tenderloin).

Aside-I know this is small/nit-picky but it actually bothers me that it says 'please no sharing' on their big tenderloin. I feel like if they had to say that, they should offer a sharing plate/price and add a side because it really is a large sandwich. I think encouraging people to share and not overeat is a good thing.

I gave them three stars because the service is pretty good. If it had been sub-par they would have gotten two. Seriously those mushrooms were gross.
