Mark's Sports Bar & Grill

My friend and I went there after work on a saturday night. Lisa was the bartender , she was very friendly ... we met her parents , also very nice people. Just want to say thank you to Lisa for being very prompt on service , she brought us about 25 shots of Patrone & Pineapple , beers ..... everytime with a smile !!!

We stopped by far a late Sunday night dinner as dining choices in Vallejo are fairly limited. I tried the Buffalo Popcorn Chicken; the idea is good but the execution was poor. They tasted like microwaved frozen food and before I was halfway through the basket, they were cold. UGH! Terri fared better with French Dip, it was pedestrian but serviceable and the accompanying fries were decent. I tried the Mark's Chili and it was not very interesting but it was hot so that was a plus.

This is the kind of place to come drink beer and play pool. Not really a place for food.

Came here before a midnight showing. Obviously not young enough to wait in the long lines before the doors open so I came here with a friend to get my nicotine and alcohol fix before the movie premiered. The beers were cheap and there was a outdoor patio where I could smoke, basically all I ever want from a bar.
