Nice clean and classy...great place to have ladies night!

On the 2nd floor, good music, nice crowd good place to spend an evening.

I had high expectations for this place and it failed miserably in most ways. I've always had an awesome time at every Yelp Elite event as well (which is why I was here), but this place just didn't do it for me.

First off, it seems as it's trying to be a SoBe club in a suburban shopping/casino/horseracing place. The decor inside has the potential to be cool. Well... not potential, I'll actually give it a 5/5 stars for ambiance, decorating, and music.

What really set this place apart in the aspect of "douchebaggery" is how my friend and I were treated by the bartenders and other wait staff. The Absolut Miami drinks were complimentary for us and I tipped $3 for my drink. Well the bartender told me that this wasn't enough... WTF? I don't have to give you anything if I don't want to. Do they not understand the concept of a tip? I'm happy to pay tips where they are deserved and this particular bartender deserved $3, but with so many other places in South Florida to go out, why would I ever come back to this place with @$$holes tending the bar? Well after the bartender accident, we walked outside to just sit at one of the many open tables and just talk. Not 2 minutes later, a waitress walks up to us and with the most straight face possible, tells us, "you guys are taking money from me". Verbatim. Excuse me? What are you talking about? "People can't sit here and order food." How did she know that we didn't want to order food? She didn't even ask.

I'm not a hard person to please, but I almost feel as if the staff here went out of their way to be pricks.

The one saving grace of the night: walking down to the casino and turning $1 into $20. Makes me wish I wouldn't have tipped at all. I could have turned $4 into $80! That's how gambling works right? ;)

It's places like this one that makes me appreciate the good ones that much more.
