This has got to be oe of the worst McDonalds for food and customer service. Â It is "franchise" not corporate, so expect to pay more for EVERYTHING. Â They also don't participate in any of the promotions announced constantly on TV. Â The food is marginal at best, and good luck getting a full fries. Â They always lay them sideways in the bag, and when you stand them up they are only halfway full. Â Almost every time. Â They also look like they are always cooked in old grease. Â Nasty! Â Then they only give you 2 napkins, and when you ask for more, they give you 2 more. Â CHEAP!!! Â The manager is rude, and many of the employees don't even speak English. Â The manager doesn't speak it very well either, and they all speak Spanish to each other (VERY LOUDLY). Â When they mess up your order then, when they can't understand, they somehow try to make it YOUR fault. Â Today it was in the 80's, and they did not even have the air on. Â It was so hot in here I almost passed out. Â I have been visiting the area, and thankfully am leaving soon because I would not recommend for anyone to waste their money here. Â Drive a little further to Montrose and Cicero instead and go to that location. Â The manager there is wonderful! Â Stay away from this place.
Review Source:Ok so its McDonalds food. Its 10pm. It takes 12 minutes to make a iced mocha because no one wants to go near the registers. I can see all the employees joking around in the back and none make eye contact with the 6 pissed customers waiting for orders or waiting to have them delivered.
It doesn't matter how nice it looks inside of the service is crap. It even had a messy bathroom. Thats a shocker for me.
