I'd have to agree with Amanda A...this office is very unorganized. They are very friendly and they seem to kill you with kindness until something goes wrong. Then it seems that people aren't available, phone calls are not returned, questions can't be answered...overall nice staff but unorganized. I have had way too many problems in the short amount of time with this agent and I'm tired of it.
I highly recommend state farm but do no recommend this agent.
as if this wasn't bad enough. yesterday i received a $203 bill for the policy i never signed up for! when i called to ask the issue be fixed they put me on hold for a couple of minutes and then told me i had to email to have the policy canceled.
she did apologize but i think this is ridiculous. i would be very cautious of a company managing something as important as insuring my home if they are this disorganized.
Michelle Starks is the State Farm Agent here. Let me tell you one thing, you'll be paying a premium price for coverage but, remember you'll be dealing with a premium insurance company. Its well worth it.
I was in a bad accident, need medical attention, ambulance, ER the works. After i was bandaged up, the hospital need all my info so i called Sate Farm and they basically told me to show my insurance card, obviously the accident wasn't my fault, state farm paid the bill and preceded legal actions against the second party.
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, any and all insurance company do the same with the right coverage. But knowing with the economy  going with the way it is. How many would tell you at that new york minute and be willing to pick up a $50,000+ tab.
HELL! i'll tell you what, State Farm did!
+ Michelle Starks is a pleasant person to talk to she was very concern and either she or her assistant called me on a daily basis and kept me inform.
