Good food but lousy service and ambience. Had a 6:30 reservation and ended up leaving at 8:45...3 people. Waitress was nice  but she had no help. Also, felt like we were dining in a hotel conference room. Absolutely no charm and for these prices one should expect better. Doubt I will return.
Review Source:Mediocre. Few things great others so so. It was our anniversary dinner. Husband called for reservations was asked if it was a special occasion. Not looking for a freebie, but absolutely nothing offered for our 'special occasion'. So why bother to even ask? Service by Cecilia mediocre. Spilled our champagne all over table cloth while attempting to fill our glasses. She made no apology & simply blotted cloth with a rag twice with an attitude of it was no big deal. She gave husband a 'mile high/long' reach across table in front of him to retrieve bread plate at beginning of meal. I got the 'stretch' at the end of the meal. Seemed very inappropriate service for the high class menu/prices. Appetizer was the surf & turf dumplings. Lobster dumplings lacked flavor but short rib dumplings tasty. Husband had cold cantaloupe soup a special. Soup was 5 star plus very exceptional. Husbands entree the chefs specialty Fillet Mignon with tempura lobster. Tempura lobster dry & lost in heavy greasy coating that was an insult to pass off as tempura. Fillet average. I had the Ora salmon entree. It was good and the most impressive item on the plate was the black quinoa. We were seated in a dining room just off of room with the bar. It was very loud, Â it was a Friday & i guess some people like that. So to that i give the atmosphere an average as well. Seemed pricey for the actual offerings presented. Average hit or miss guess it depends on item ordered.
