Nave's Bar & Grill

I am not a fan of dive bars, no, however this place has been in Fairfax since 1934! This isnt a bar, it is a piece of history at this point.
The bartender is super friendly and so is everyone else, 99% of customers are regulars.
I have not tried the "Weiser-Meiser"  I dont think ill ever try it but for your knowledge their Weiser-Meiser, which is a jager shot and Budweiser beer back for $5, is their special drink :)

I love dive bars that have an old, musky smell of spilled liquor and cigarettes - and a bartender who has probably been around for just as long. They have a special called the Weiser-Meiser for $5, which is a jager shot and Budweiser beer back, but you can swap out the jager for a shot of Jameson if you're like me. You can always pop into the pizza place nearby to grab a slice and bring it over to watch the game. A generally good place to meet with friends, yay.

We went there only, because it was the best option in the area to watch the superbowl... Probably it was not the best day to be in a sport bar for the first time... The service was not bad, but it wasn't as good as I expected... We just had some drinks and left...
