Stayed overnight at the Hyatt on a freezing cold Chicago night. Â The next morning, I didn't want to walk far for a breakfast before getting into a rude cab driver's vehicle to head to my meeting. Â Why are cabbies in Chicago rude? Â I've never seen a cab driver just sit in the cab when I have luggage to load in the trunk until I came to Chicago - rude.
Anyway - the service at this place is friendly, but a bit on the slow side as mentioned by Laurel. The parfait for $7 was good - I suppose $7 is fair for a hotel restaurant's price. Â My colleague had some eggs for $16 or so - that's too steep.
Anyway - I would never pay these prices out of my own paycheck, but if you're here for a business trip, the convenience is hard to beat. Â Three stars cuz it takes too long to get your food and, when finished, your bill.
