Oakmont National Pub

Had lunch on the deck. Service was outstanding and staff was great as usual. I had the bacon cheese burger special with blue cheese and home made steak fries! Excellent! Fiancé had chicken pasta which she also enjoyed. Another great day at Oakmont!

Sometimes, you just want to eat outside. That is almost always our reasoning for eating here... and if people are reminiscing about your patio furniture above the quality of your food, then something is off.

This pub is always a go-to when I'm in Havertown. Easy to find, drinks are cold and refreshing, and the bartenders are friendly! You will typically see the owner around, especially on the weekends and he is a great guy to talk to! Always friendly, smiling and can guide you to a great brew. Props to him for keeping an eye on his pub, which I bet is why this place is consistently great!

I love the cheesesteak here! The long hots are fantastic and served just as they should be-- whole and in olive oil. They always pack a punch and are delicious on top of any pub sandwich you choose. The fries are also tasty and pair well. My good friends love to order the pot pie and hot roast beef here too. They are never disappointed.

I recommend you try this place. Grab a friend, get a table on the patio and enjoy a nice cold draft!
