Springfield Ravioli Co

I have been coming here for years to buy my pasta and sauce.  My son loves their sauce and complains whenever I run out and have to use jar sauce.  He even likes their sauce over my own homemade sauce.  This is not a dining business just a buy and take home business.  It is family owned busines and they are always friendly to their customers.  A++++++

The Springfield Ravioli Company is like no other Italian pasta shop on the East Coast.

This family run business is the heart of what makes this place great.  The owners and their children are knowledgeable, beyond helpful and extremely humble (which I noticed when I mentioned their ties to the Philadelphia Ritz Carlton) .. and, they will go above and beyond to help you pack all the pasta fresca one can fit into a carry-on piece of luggage, as I found out the first time I walked in and then proceeded to buy out the store before heading home to California.

Their linguine, tortellini, gnocchi and, of course, ravioli are amazingly fresh .. even after the long trip home.  You can actually taste the homemade quality.  

This is a place that only few are lucky to have nearby, while the rest of us resort to purchasing and consuming dry, old pasta from the corporation run grocery store.

Good stuff. Great ravs and there premade frozen meatballs arent bad for a quick throw together meal. Cons: a little pricey on some stuff but worth it
