Liberty Diner

Now called Andy's diner. Menu still says Liberty. Breakfast is great.  The salad bar isn't.  They advertise fresh food.  My kid has a cheeseburger--a frozen puck.

I will never forget when we came to try out the Liberty Diner after it first opened and my husband's toast was just... very, very SLIGHTLY warm bread. That was pretty much symbolic of the entire visit... very "meh." They do have a salad bar, though, which is kinda nice.

The only thing I'm not crazy about is that the acoustics are horrible there late at night.  I guess it's because it's so empty late at night, every little sound just bounces right into my ears -- but don't quote me, I am neither a scientologist nor a mathemagician.  

With that being said, creamed chipped beef and cake are two of my big litmus tests for diners.  Judging from the size of my ass, they passed both tests with flying colors.   A+
