O'Charley's

We used to have a very negative opinion of this place until we finally complained to management and corporate over issues with the hostesses, inventory levels ( out of rolls ), and waitstaff.  The response was immediate and they seem to have turned a corner in the last year. Our last half dozen visits have been great.

Wait staff tries there best spite the failures from the kitchen on the orders in regards to getting the orders correct. Bar staff is good Jamie total rockstar behind the bar

It's a chain, sure, but it does what good chains do: Provide quality food consistently across locations.

My favorite is the pecan crusted chicken tender salad. Candied walnuts, dried cranberries, and mandarin oranges mixed in with the fresh lettuce and topped with the delightfully crusted chicken and a balsamic vinaigrette. I know the chicken is fried but so good!
