Great tasting food and the price is decent.  Best Chinese in town.

Won't make you sick, but they really aren't trying and you can tell.

They cut every corner and are simply schlepping crap.  First time I have ever been misled by yelp.  Very dissapointed.

The food is excellent, and the prices are just as great!  i have been going to Orient Wok for many years, and the food has always been wonderful.  If you are craving traditional Chinese food, this is where you want to go.  My favorites are their mongolian beef, plain fried rice, hot and sour soup, crab rangoon, and crab sticks.  For Chinese food in Edwardsville, it does not get any better than this for these prices!
