REALLY GREAT FISH FRY. awesome non-mayo based slaw, great seasoned fries; meal served with a tiny donut :)

wonderful patio (we only dine at oscar's during patio season -- not wild about the in-bar dining experience.

service is pretty good, not always awesome, but whatevs. the quality of the fish fry is worth a little sass.

oscar's also (obviously) has a fantastic burger selection and a decent amount of fried appetizers, as well as a full bar.

I definitely love the burgers at Oscar's. I know there is a huge debate about the best burgers in Milwaukee.....and Oscar's isn't my favorite, but it blows away that crap that Kopp's serves, and is much better than the self proclaimed best burgers in milwaukee at sobelmans.

The burgers are a good quality, and come with a couple different ways of topping it off. The bun is a little overwhelming, but it's a good quality bun so I can't complain that much about it.

The service stands out as well. I've never gotten good service at Sobelman's....not once, but these guys take customer service to another level.

Oscar's is awesome! Inexpensive, but high quality burgers and great fries. You HAVE to get The Big "O" served with chorizo, bacon, and guacamole. They were a little short staffed, but we didn't mind because it was a beautiful day to sit out on the patio!
