Ordered the 14 oz "ribeye", MRR. When it came out, it did not look like a ribeye. It was cooked perfectly MRR, but tasted odd. I did not want to say anything(I should have). Ate a couple of bites, and took the rest home. Warmed it up today, and could not eat it at all. Tasted odd, and extremely tough. In the trash now. I thought Outback started using better USDA cuts of beef??? Maybe not this one.
Review Source:The air conditioning was clearly not working (bad news in Florida) as we walked in last night, but we were already there and decided to stay and eat anyway.  The staff could have easily let the heat and the 1/2 empty dining room ruin their mood...but they  didn't.
Everyone was extremely upbeat and the service and food were excellent as usual. Â Our server extended Happy Hour prices for our wine and the manager came to our table to offer us a free appetizer. Â
Despite the heat, it was one of our best nights at Outback of all time. Â Food was solid as usual, service was quick and attentive, managers had the front of house running smoothly.
Hats off to everyone including our server, Austin.

Had a bad experience turn good here. My steak was delivered over cooked and grizzled. The waitress took it back immediately and the manager came and followed up to make sure the new cut was acceptable. For a chain you get decent quality at a decent price with (for me) great service. What's not to like?
Review Source:I went to the Outback the second day of the Air Show in Jax Beach this fall. For me, it is more of a casual lunch type of place and this is my second time eating there - the first time I tried the BBQ Ribs and liked them, so went back for some more. Seating was simple and prompt, environment is very pleasant for lunch, especially when the restaurant is empty. The ribs were good like last time.
What was pretty bad was our waitress. I told her very clearly in the beginning that we are here to enjoy the experience and are not in a hurry. She was a classic "foot in mouth" case - from the nosy questions, to the too much hovering...elevated the performance by asking what we want for desert when I was still half way through the ribs..and, following my very assertive "I am not done", she still didn't get the message and came to bring us the bill..still while I was half way through my ribs. That was one crappy crappy service.
I'd go back but will really pay attention to make sure I don't get the same waitress.
I love Outback Steakhouse and me and my wife went to this loccation on Saturday. We got there just after they opened and were seated immediately (we were the 2nd party there). What stood out was how nice the decor was at this location, and how friendly our waiter was. He came up and said hi and commented on my Atlanta Falcons t-shirt and said it was too bad that it wasn't an Eagles one (his team). We talked the draft for a sec and he got our drinks. We both got the Outback specials and everything was cooked perfectly. Another great experience and there are more to come.
Review Source:I am in town for work and decided to grab a quick steak for dinner. Â How can you go wrong with Outback? Â
I sat at the bar and was quickly greeted by the bartender.  After getting my first beer, that was the last time I was addressed without having to get the bartender's attention myself.  The bartenders were nice, but unattentive.  Not sure if that was because they couldn't handle the almost-full-bar crowd or if they just aren't  very attentive, but it did get annoying.  It even got to the point where when my food was delivered, I didn't have any silverware and had not gotten any bread yet.  Poor service.
I ordered the rib-eye which I expected to come out "wood-fired" because that's the side of the menu that it was listed on, but it clearly came out classic style. Much to my disappointment, the steak was WAY over-seasoned. Â I literally choked on my 3rd bite at my throat closed up from the overly salty and peppery seasoned piece. Â Very disappointing. Â The steak was cooked to perfection, however, so with a little scraping I was able to enjoy the cut.
In addition to my steak, i ordered grilled scallops that were great. Â Evidently on the way to the bar, one scallop fell off the plate, so they quickly prepared and delivered one replacement scallop to me. Â Yup, a plate with one scallop came, hand delivered, by the Manager. It was delicious and very nice of them to make sure that I got what I paid for!
I was glad the manager came out because I had to ask her to check on the broccoli which I ordered that never came out (and when it did was a little mushy) and for some bread.
The food was decent, but the service was lacking. Â I've been to better Outbacks.
The food here was good but some issues kept me from bumping it to four stars.
One, even though I was there during a slow time of the day, I had to wait while they decided which waiter was going to serve me.
Two, I ordered the steak and lobster tail with sweet potato fries but received the baked potato instead. Â Annoying, but this happens every so often. Â The problem was that by the time the fries were brought out, I was almost done with the steak.
Three, the fries came out smothered in a melted sugar sauce - what the...?
In conclusion, the steak was good, the lobster was good but small. Â The service was pretty good as I think the problem was more with the kitchen staff.
The food here is usually very good.  I always ask to have the steaks prepared 'wood-fired' rather than 'classic' style (they taste better that way).  The wedge salad is yummy.  So are the sautéed green beans.  The potato soup is also really good (when they have it).  I've always had positive experiences with the wait staff.  Any problems have been quickly taken care of.  Overall, highly recommended!
