Nothing too special about this place however it is a decent watering hole in an area that lacks a good local bar.

Stopped in for some day drinks. They have a large selection of beers on tap. I noticed it had skee ball which is always a plus. The place was a bit dingy however. Staff was friendly and chatted up with some other bar patrons.

When I'm around here and looking for a drink, I'll be sure to remember this spot.

This is my closest neighborhood bar, so I was excited to try it, but sadly I was disappointed. I went in around midnight on a Friday and there were maybe 10 people in the place. Service was slow and rude, and all other patrons seemed to be either so drunk they couldn't walk or so engulfed in skeeball that they would be better off at an arcade. It was also oddly bright inside for a bar. It is not a dive bar, just a sticky bar with plastic chairs. That said, prices were decent.

Chill bar with the usual crowd of locals. Nice long tap list that changes regularly. Also skeeball and a pretty killer jukebox. The bartenders are my favorite around and the best reason to come grab a few drinks.

We passed some time here while waiting for our reservation at a nearby restaurant. I was delighted to see Magners on tap! This looked like the sort of place I'd frequent if I lived in the area and just wanted someplace chill and relaxed to unwind. It's divey without being dirty.

Also, there was a juke box in the back, and whoever was making the selections last night was doing a great job. We walked in to the tunes of NSync--woohoo! :)

I only went to the previous incarnation of this bar once, but now that I've been to the slightly improved Paddy's, I can say that the improvements are quite nice. They now have skee ball, but no pool. They still have 20+ taps of beer and they are all pretty darn cheap. The bartenders are friendly. They show lots of sports. What more could you want? They seem to have some deals on different nights and HH specials.

The dive bar formerly known as Patrick Ryan's has reopened under new management, and the changes are mostly for the better.  Beer and drinks are still cheap.  No pool table anymore(boo), but it still has pretty much the same fun crowd mixed between locals and college people, and just like before it has lots of big screen TVs that make it the only place nearby to go watch sports.  They added a foosball table and a couple of skeeball machines, and they've done all those repairs that the old spot needed -- new chairs!  They've got no kitchen, but there's a bunch of nearby places you can get takeout food from and they're happy for you to bring it in as long as you're drinking.  Lit well enough to see and not too noisy to have a conversation, just the way I like it.  Taking away one star because I miss the pool table, but that's really about me.
