Nice Local Bar that has solid specials. Every wednesday nights 1 dollar beers.

Great people! mixed with all cultures/backgrounds and nice spot to watch sports.

I prefer this spot over Village Pourhouse

Awesome dive bar in Morningside Heights with a down to earth vibe. Grab some friends, a table, a pitcher (or three) and enjoy some great drunken conversation. Don't forget to order the tater tots with cheese (perhaps some of the best drunk food on the upper west side). The service here is also awesome. The bartenders are super attentive and friendly, and the owners can often be found tending bar.

NOTE: Unfortunately, I was here recently with a few friends and three of us had our credit cards stolen (and racked up several thousand dollars in fraudulent charges). Not the establishment's fault, but definitely mind your purses.

Very casual and collegiate.

I'll try it out more and see if it grows on me.

The crowd was an very diverse mix.

We ended up talking to some Columbia math majors for a little bit.

I liked that it was inclusive and people were open to meeting strangers around them.

Or maybe they were just more drunk than I realized.
