  Parthenon is a good choice in the area. I didn't totally love the recipe decisions (oregano on my salad, for example) but the waitstaff was outstanding. We felt at home in the restaurant even though we had never visited.  Compared to the other spots in Agawam Parthenon is the winner.

  Just ok.  Nothing outstanding or special that makes me want to come back.  But not incredibly horrible.  We used to love the pizza there, and would get it take out quite consistently, but there was one time we decided to get a huge party size pizza since the inlaws were over, and it wasn't like the pizza normally was - the sauce was sort of weird and sweet...no one liked it, and it was embarrassing.  We haven't been back since, and I'm irritated since we can't seem to find good pizza in Agawam...considering trying it again if the last pizza was somehow a fluke.

  It was a very nice place for lunch. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was quite large lol but very good. Also, I had a bowl of creamy tortellini tomato soup that was awesome. I would definitely go back here again. Plus, the atmosphere was great

  i have had the meatball grinder (very good) and the Genoa Salami grinder (very good) Mom has had the BLT sandwich, very good. A fair amount of 'blue hairs' but food and staff experience so far has been very good for the price range.  Will be back. Downside is Handicap parking is in front but you cannot enter there and where you enter there is no ramp. Should get that together based on the amoun of  business of walkers and canes.

  Agawam deserves a reataurant like this.  The food is fresh and the presentation is delightful.  They have local beer on tap and the waitstaff is friendly and honest.  We started with the mozz sticks which are hand cut chunks of cheese breaded and fried and are the sole reason we came out for supper tonight.  Our meals were meatloaf and eggplant rolatini and the presentation and flavor for both of our dinners was excellent.  The veggie side was perfectly seasoned and the chef Vlademere came out to see how we liked our food.  Our compliments to the chef, Parthenon was truly our pleasure.
