This restaurant just opened again, fully renovated with attractive paintings and a design that relaxes the senses.
The Pho soups are well prepared, the broth very aromatic and almost fat-free. A large portion of fresh vegetable is served to mix with the soup. The meat is well trimmed, not too fatty, and very tasty.
Last time we had Bun, the vermicelli bowl with meats and shrimp. The sauce was great slightly tangy and sweet but it did not mask the other tastes in the bowl. The mint was fresh and complemented well this dish.
The waiters are very friendly and you are always greeted by the owner with a big smile. The restaurant is super clean and they make you feel welcome.
Plenty of space in the parking lot to park and it's easy to get there.
Worth to stop by if it's your first experience of Pho. Delicious.
