My grievances...
1. They do not participate in Pizza hut's online ordering system. I dont understand why they can't step into the 20th century and get their act together. There are plenty of times I dont want to interact with humans and online ordering can make things so much easier. This is also a problem because...
2. They have messed up my order several times. 1 time may be a fluke. 2 times may be a coincidence. 3 times... now it's a problem.
Otherwise, when they get it right, they are an average Pizza Hut. they are definitely the closest to me, so I guess beggars can't be choosers. However, I remember the quote...
"Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me seven or more times..."
(It says it's closed, but it is not) We've ordered from this place (delivery) several times over the past year. Â We've never had a problem with the food. Â I know we live in the northeast where everyone thinks New York pizza is the best, but I'm a pizza hut pan pizza lover, end of story. Â Have to warn you though, the service here is very spotty. Â Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Â I have probably ordered deliver about 6 times in the last year, and 3 times something went wrong. Â Once, the pizza took 2 hours. Â Once we accidentally got the wrong pizza and had to go back and switch it. Â Once we were called 45 minutes after we ordered it and they said they didn't have anyone to deliver pizzas that night and that it was ready but we would have to come and get it, needless to say we cancelled the order, for which they responded, "guess we will just have to throw it out." Â We emailed the area manager everytime something went wrong and he promptly gave us coupons and credits to come back. Â We still order from them, the pizza is good, but wish they had their act together more often. Â Would probably be wise to do carryout if possible.
