This place is a mess!  I will stop here to pick up ribs for a very sick friend on occasion.  The ribs are okay, but the people here are truly a mess!  Let's start from the beginning.  Just placing an order over the phone is a feat!  You cannot understand the girl on the other end:  my apology for speaking ENGLISH and being an AMERICAN CITIZEN!  Not wanting fries with the meal, they simply cannot substitute or deduct anything from the cost.  What is worse:  My attempt to pick up the item and pay with credit card failed as they did not accept plastic!  When I asked the girl behind the counter,( with the bad attitude), why she did not mention this over the phone she simply did not answer.  Almost as though all of a sudden she did not understand English.  Being late at nite and just wanting to assist a ill friend, I searched for am ATM.. To make a long story short, I rarely carry cash and none of my branch banks are nearby.  I paid an extra $3.50 just to get them the cash they required for my $17.00 sale!  Upon my return for the pick-up, I promptly asked if they were going to deduct the service charge of $3.50 against the order.  That's when the counter girl understood English once again and stated in no uncertain terms, "NO!"  I then asked for a manager in order to express my disgust with the whole late night situation:  my time, fuel, more time, service charge and more fuel!  This manager had already overheard most of the conversation and walked from the back stating that he knew for certain that all customers are told over the phone that all sales are cash only.  Again, I may just be an AMERICAN, and may only have been BORN HERE IN AMERICA, but my hearing is quite good. Never was "cash only" mentioned.  All this from a manager who was in back the whole while stuffing his round self with old pizza slices.  It isn't the $3.50, it's the idea that the customer is always wrong, unless you're from a foreign nation.
ANYONE WHO READS THIS - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - THE FOOD IS PRETTY BAD AND THE PERSONALITIES ARE EVEN WORSE.  Soooooo many better places with nicer people to spend your money for GOOD food!

Pizza was good, didn't like the rib tips and the broasted chicken didn't have a lot of meat on the bones
