Wow, never had pizza like this. Â It is melt in your mouth delicious, very light and crispy.
I knocked off a star because it didn't pass the pizza for breakfast test. Â Leftovers were soggy as the light airy crust that was so delicious the night before doesn't have the body to last overnight.
The moral is, eat it all up when ordered.
My first Pizza Rustica experience was at this location, and I found the one in Miami to be better, but of course it is Delicious!
Most of the Pies are already made and sitting there, I guess that's why I enjoy the other location I prefer Fresh out-of-the oven Pizza (Miami is a busier location).
They make such a beautiful display to look at and difficult choosing which Huge Slice of Pie you want all under  5$. They heat up your piece in the oven and cut the square slice in smaller squares to easily enjoy and savor.
The staff is friendly like at most of their locations.
Even though I love the thin Crust Pizza, Pizza Rustica is a great exception and you wont be disappointed with your custom Pizza meal.
I used to love this place after being downtown tormenting my liver with alcohol  but lately it has really gone down the crapper. Service is always prompt and friendly which explains the generosity in star rating but the food quality leaves a lot to be desired. Gave it a few chances with sober taste buds and well, it was a good run pizza rustica!
Review Source:Ordered the caprese pizza. My girlfriend and I were disappointed. The sauce was spicy beyond our liking and there was hardly any cheese on top. It was all sauce. We had to add our own cheese and put it in the toaster. Â It was $16 dollars for a medium sized pizza. Â Very disappointed.
Review Source:Ordered a pizza from their specialty pizza selection. Took over an hour, when it arrived it had toppings i don' t like, so i called and the girl answering the phone said they made it wrong! It's not like I picked my toppings, which would cost more, btw I ordered from their menu! The slack jaw answering the phone was more into her reality tv program then taking care of customers. They offered me a free pizza another time. Like I'd risk that again. The sausage was sliced so thin it was see through. No thank you. I drove over to get my money back.
Review Source:Our group of friends ordered pizza from here a few times when we stayed in Ft. Lauderdale. Living in New York, my expectations for pizza outside of the city is pretty low. We ordered a regular pan pizza and a margherita and basil and they were both delicious. The size/shape was a surprise, but a pleasant one. The pan pizza was expensive, but then again it could probably feed 6-8 people. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Pizza Rustica again.
Review Source:Favorite spot for grabbing a quick bite. It's a no frills, just order your pizza and drink and off you go. All the slices are already made and displayed so you get to see your pizza before you eat it. NICE. My favorite slices (which are large btw) include the vegetable, the blue cheese and spinach and last but not least... their "pizza rustica". The rustica has the best ingredients ever; sun dried tomatoes, artichoke, fresh tomato, kalamata olives, fresh basil, and "prosciutto". I would have given this place four stars but I feel slightly deceived with the "prosciutto" ingredient they advertise on the menu... its actually ham! HAM I KNOW! but I'll admit it still is a great slice.
Review Source:Man, you all MUST have been drunk while eating this pizza!!! Â Of course everything tastes better when your taste buds have been fried by tequila! Â This place is not good, not even close. Â I am going to quit searching or trying pizza in south florida, it just sucks. Â So until I make it to NY, I will not eat a slice of pizza, the verdict here...stick to dominos, its better than any of the cr*p pizza served in florida....still hungry....and the people are rude, what ever happened to customer service, like "what can I geou today, these people just stand and stare at you. dumb
Review Source:When you are really hungry, wouldn't it be nice to just walk right into a pizza joint and point at a pizza with the exact toppings you want and say 'give me one of those'. Well, you can! Pizza Rustica... pretty darn good and pretty darn fast. They cut your selected pizza 'square' into 6 smaller slices to make it easy to eat. A couple cheap paper plates to hold it and you're in business!
Review Source:Not yet listed on Yelp, but there is a better Pizza Rustica location at 1928 Hollywood Blvd near the circle. Â Its got more seating. Â Takeout at Hollywood is a pain because of paid parking and valets in the way, but its worth it. One slice is big enough for dinner. Try the spinach and blue cheese. Â Its not NYC flimsy thin, nor is it thick Sicilian. Â The Fort Lauderdale location is equally good, but has maybe 3 tables with stools for seating.
