Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits

Love Popeyes. I smiled when I heard they defeated KFC.  This location is the worst I've been to.  Didn't offer spicy, only mild for the po-boy.  And the $6 sandwich only come with one chix finger.  Come on.  Cheap...  I go up and ask about that, the manager guy tells me "I told you last time, 1 finger..."  Cool. I've never been there before.  He reluctantly gives me another fing, only after I offered to pay for it.  Great, thanks.

I absoutely love Popeyes, but this location is the PITTS....and Im keeping it real nice with that description. So I go in there a little after 2p the other day and of course the lunch rush is over, so of course NOTHING is fresh. I order the PoBoy sandwich combo and after paying the $7 and some change I "thought" this was going to be a half-way decent sandwich. WAS I BEYOND WRONG! First I had to wait for the fries to be cooked. They never told me I had to wait the 3minutes or offered me a substitute. Then the female employee comes walking out from the back with my sandwich and laid it on the counter WHILE the fries cooked. I would think you would make it fresh as the fries were done....but thats my own common sense. Then when the fries were done, I believe they put around 6 fries in my basket with my sandwich. Not even an apology for having me wait, or over compensating on the fries. I have come here to eat in the past and unfortunately they have gone WAAAAAY down hill and have ZERO customer service skills. I will not be returning anytime in the future. They need to learn how to treat customers and speak up when you have someone wait for food.
