FIRST OFF IT'S A $, DUNNO WHY IT SHOWS $$$$

Hmm, it's been a while since I gave a 3.  Not that I'm a 4 or 5 star whore (kekeke, maybe I am..) but I usually go to a good place upon strong recommendations.  Maller's on the other hand, just seemed weird and it appealled to my yupster side.

The location is a 5.  It's in the same building as the Oasis cafe.  What is with Jeweler's Row and crazy ass locations?

Anyways this place serves up Breakfast and Lunch.  They also have a good amount of Mexican food.  Mexican breakfast, Mexican sandwiches,  Mexican desserts and beverages.  

I don't know many places doing Denver omelots with Chilaquiles.  Or Corned beef with Milanesa.  They also serve up Cecina and albondigas de pollo.  So their Mexican offering is actually more comprehensive than most.  One of the waitresses was hot, but I wouldn't make that a reason to come here.

I got a Milanesa sammich with tomato basil soup.  My buddy got a carne asada with a side of potatos.  The potatos were really good, and the tomato basil soup was actually one of the best I've ever had!  Creamy with fresh pieces of basil, and chunks of actual tomato.  Very unexpected for a little hole in the wall Mexican diner.  But the sandwiches were sub par.   I would try the Mexican Antojitos on the back of the menu.  Probably gonna be better.

Very gitchy

Definately a hidden jewel for lunchtime in the Loop.  They've got some great wraps - my fav is the Mediterranean with grilled thin sliced of steak and mushrooms with cheese.  Also, their spinach salad is delish with rolls of turkey.  Try their Reuben melt - my mouth waters just thinking about it!
