Potbelly Sandwich Works

It is a chain, but this location gets it right every single time. Since this location isn't in a real busy office area, you can easily come here and get your food in a reasonable time. Since they're not slammed all the time, you can make reasonable substitutions and they'll happily oblige. I think Potbelly is by far the best of the chain sandwich shops and this location is one of the best I've been to.

Love me some Potbelly's!!!  Like Starbucks, you pretty much know what you're getting and this store is no different.  Wasn't that busy when I went in but the employees were speedy nonetheless.  Everybody seemed nice and the food was as tasty as expected.

I'm not the biggest fan of Potbelly, though I like their marketing and how employees seem to be generally "happy."  I've never felt like I get my money's worth compared to Subway or Jimmy Johns; Potbelly sandwiches are more bread than substance.  Even the "Thinny" ones seem to have the same proportion of bread vs ingredients.  As for this particular location, it's sort of dark inside.  Full of the faux antiques from other stores.  Just add water...another Potbelly shop.
