Philly's Best

Mmm lasagna!
The lasagna is the best lasagna I've ever tasted! Probably because it was super greasy and cheesy so if you're looking for something healthy, do not go with the lasagna. It took a LONG time but it was worth it.

I've never been to Philly but I've read enough and seen enough Travel Channel specials on cheesesteaks to know enough. This means for an authentic cheesesteak, one must get a whiz wit: that's CHEESE WHIZ with onions. This detail is mandatory for a proper cheesesteak. Often times I see people getting provolone or mozzarella and I shake my head. There's nothing wrong with a white cheese but it does not offer the same over-indulgent experience as that mysterious yellow ooze. If you're already eating a cheesesteak, which is god awful terrible for you, you might as well do it right. At least as close as we'll get in Chicago.

Someone  called me today from Philly's Best and offered amends.  They credit our account which was nice but more so I appreciate the customer service, reached out via Yelp, called me and requested I call him back and the mishap only took place a day ago.  I like businesses that care about a customer whether it's their first time eating there or they are a repeat customer.  So, I will be back.  Thanks Philly's Best for reaching out.
