My parents and I had an excellent dinner at Prawnbroker. Every part of the meal was just right. We split the smoked fish dip appetizer, which was so delicious, we ended up buying a small container to go from their take-away counter. Both their New England and Manhattan clam chowders were outstanding. I had the Manhattan, and it was chunky and flavorful, with a nice peppery bite to it. We each had different kinds of fish for our entrees, and all were perfectly prepared. I had the wasabi crusted salmon which was covered in teriyaki to temper and compliment the heat of the wasabi. There's nothing really special about the ambiance of the restaurant, but the food is truly excellent. The prices are reasonable, and the service was friendly and prompt. I'm looking forward to a return visit next winter!
Review Source:Good place to get a variety of seafood dinners. They do offer a few meat dishes but their specialty is seafood. Always have daily specials. Love their yellow tail snapper (when they have it) or their sword fish with Gorgonzola and spinach topping, and their house salad with the house dressing - dill ranch.
