This, by far, is the worst Quiznos I have ever been too. Â If I could even save ONE person from going there, it would be worth the time I spent posting this review!
Backstory: They ran a groupon a few months ago for Quiznos. Â It was 10 sandwiches for the price of 5. Â Great deal, right? The catch was that you had to pick a specific Quiznos to go through. Â At the time, I lived near Oakland Park Blvd and Dixie Highway, so this was the closest Quiznos to me. Â I had never been, but I had been to Quiznos in other states and locations, and it was fine, so this should be good as well!
Boy, was I WRONG! First of all, they don't follow the posted hours. Â The signs say that they are open until 8PM, and I arrived at 6:30PM and they had the closed sign up. Â I knocked on the door and the employee yelled "we are closed." I asked "Your sign says you are open until 8PM?" to which she stated: "we ordered a new sign, it isn't in yet."
They only have white or wheat bread. Â That's it. Â Although the menu lists all these different wonderful, artisian breads, I gave up asking for anything else since after the first three times of being told "we only have white or wheat," I didn't want to bother asking. Â
I honestly dreaded going here, because the customer service was that appalling. Â The food was okay, but the woman working there (the only person I ever saw working there) made me feel really unwelcome to be there. Â She scowled, balked at any changes to the menu, and made me feel really unwelcome. Â I tried calling Quiznos 1-800 number to complain, but since they are franchised that got me nowhere.
Advice: Go to the Subway further up the street on Federal and Oakland Park. Â They are friendly, cheaper, and open during their posted hours.
