Red Hot & Blue

Context: Food served from a RHB food truck setup on temporary assignment near my office.

Due to 'Salad Week' for this gringo I ordered the Cesar Salad from the food truck and was delighted to see a large amount of dark Green Leaf lettuce that filled the Styrofoam container.  It was just what I needed at the time, loads of fresh lettuce with a side of Cesar but nothing more.

I am kind of in a pickle because the salad was exactly what I needed but it wasn't a "wow" or even a "great" type of plate.

The rating comes from a decent "meeting the need" salad and the fact that it was less than a block away from the office which allows for a super quick score.

Food was good.  But ordered dry rub on my ribs and didn't get dry rub.  Also the ribs were a little on the rare side.

Picked up lunch for takeout from here today. Food was okay at lunchtime but my wife and I spent the rest of the evening in front of the toilet and sleeping with a garbage can next to the bed. I haven't been that sick in 10 years. I think it was the little BBQ sauce packets they give with the meals.
