Redrock Canyon Grill

I think that Red Rock Canyon has the BEST salmon in Oklahoma City.  It is always cooked just right!  Red Rock Canyon was one of the first restaurants that I went to after moving to OKC from Philadelphia.  It is still one of my favorites.  While it is  overlooking the lake, it has a fantastic urban feel.  The staff is always available and they want to get everything just right.  I would try something else but I keep going back to the salmon!

Hopefully the hour and half wait is worth it.

Update: As much as I love the food, service and location of Redrock, the noise level on a Friday or Saturday night is overwhelming.  I don't like having to yell at my dinner companion to be heard.  But if you can live with that, go.  The food is some of the best OKC has to offer.
