Went with a party of 8 adults and 3 kids. Â All ordered the seafood buffet. Â The food was good. Â This buffet was decent as far as I've experienced. Â The service was exceptional. Â The grilled shrimp was tasty. Â There were a lot of fried options. Â Some non fried fish and steamed mussels. Â The low country boil was excellent. Â The salad bar was good and offered a couple of fruit choices as well. Â The soup was Mushroom, good but not what I expected from a seafood buffet. Â The hush puppies, (albeit fried) were delicious. Â Everybody was full and satisfied when we left.
Review Source:Just ate at Remy's restaurant for the first time. We went because they claim to have great seafood, but "great" wouldn't be the word I would use. I got the buffet with crab legs add on. The buffet had various shrimp and some clams, muscles, and a few types of fish. None of the shrimp was deveined, which kinda grosses me out. The flavor of the shrimp was pretty good.
The crab legs were ok but not the best I've had. The butter that came with it was tasteless and was like dipping the crab in grease. My son got the kids burger and it was prepared raw.
Overall the food wasn't great. Â I wouldn't recommend Remy's and I for sure won't be eating there again.
