Wow, what a disappointment.  The other reviews here sum it up well, but to echo the sentiments....  The service is absolutely awful.  We stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon - very slow, very few people there - and yet it took forever to get our drinks and the waitress seemed to disappear for 15-20 minutes at a time.  The drinks are way overpriced and simply not done well.  $9 for a martini?  I don't think so.  The strawberry daiquiri was almost all mix with no real flavor.  And the food - outrageously priced, the portions are very small, and there is absolutely nothing upscale about any of it.  I got the calamari appetizer ($11)  It came in a "Chinese box."  It looked like something from a fast food place.  It was half the size and nowhere near as good as what I get at Max Fish for the same price.  My fiancé got the "lobster roll" at $18 (!!)  Now if you're going to pay that much - you expect something special - yet what she got was barely edible and seemed to come out of a freezer . Her comment summed it up nicely... the Lobster Roll Panera Bread offers is bigger, tastes much better and is cheaper.  This place also had an odd smell to it - like someone spilled beer and tried to cover it up with something.  In summary - this place needs a LOT of work before we'd ever consider coming back.  I'd recommend it to someone who wants to meet for *one* drink and move on.  This is not a place for a memorable dinner (well, you will remember what a rip off it was!) or which leaves the impression of "wow, I have to come back."  And that's a shame given its prime location.  Compared to everything else around it, this place just falls very flat and has nothing appealing about it.  Your money will be much better spent at either Max restaurant nearby, Sakura Garden downstairs, or Magee McFly's.

Father's day brunch was a disaster. I am only giving it 2 stars because the drinks were good.  It took over an hour to get any food or drink.  The first thing that arrived were burnt, cold "beignets". The waiter admitted they were an embarrassment and took them away. By the time most of our food came (approaching the 2 hour mark), everything was cold.  My husband ordered shrimp and polenta.  When he went to pick up the shrimp, the entire meal came off the plate.  My sister's salad was so overdressed, dressing squished out after every bite.  The list goes on and on.  They need new kitchen management sorely.  It's quite sad, because the place itself is quite pretty.

I met up with friends here last week on a Friday night. They got there fairly early & secured an outside table for us, which was great. I really loved the atmosphere out there.

I didn't have any food but the girls ordered a cheese plate, and a veggie risotto. The veggie risotto is on the menu as lobster risotto but one of the girls doesn't like lobster (I know, right?!) so they happily customized it for her. Our server was very kind and went over the menu for some gluten-free options for one of the girls who has Celiac disease. The server also went to the kitchen to double check on how a couple of dishes were prepared so that there wouldn't be any problems.

I had a vodka tonic for dinner, and there was plenty of vodka, which made me happy.

The demographic was interesting. When I first arrived around 6:30, the crowd was definitely older - more toward the 40+ crowd but by the time we left around 10, the crowd had obviously swung toward the late 20/early 30's. Everyone seemed to be having fun and enjoying the location more than anything.

I'd go again, but with a Groupon. Everything was pricey. Overall I don't think there's anything that "special" about Rooftop 120, other than the location, but I'm willing to try it out and order some food next time.

Parking sucks, like everything else in that plaza, but $5 valet is available.
