Rosati's Pizza

This review is for delivered pizzas.

I have ordered from here maybe 5-6 times over the years and each time has been at least ok pizza.

There is a tendency to put on too much sauce and WAY too much cheese so, as others have noted, there can be a soggy crust especially on the larger sized pies.  I sometimes think being so close to Wisconsin that more cheese gets to be the norm on a pizza---- but for me... it is not what I prefer.

The crust is bland with no character but also it doesn't seem horrible.

I always make sure that I order my pizza EXTRA crispy and easy on the cheese or you will have toppings in your lap or a a nice limp crust regardless.

I have had them forget to add peppers when asked and little things here or there, but no major screwups.

OK When you want a pizza delivered.

Pizza delivered to a friend's house by this Rosati's this weekend, ordered thick crust which was a mistake on our part. Pizza came barely room temperature, lopsided, cut crooked, and not cooked through in the middle. I give it two stars instead of one for price, prompt delivery, and that it was moderately edible with pretty good sauce once heated up. The cheese and crust were lousy though. I won't order from a Rosati's again

I have to be in a certain mood to eat here.  The cheese is pretty darn thick on their pizzas.  Actually its also thick on the cheesy garlic bread (my kids love this) too.  Sometimes the crust is a bit soggy because of the cheese, but I kinda like that.  Delicious floppy pizza.  Cheese fries are pretty good, you need a fork, or a desire to be messy, to eat them.  
I am not a fan of their hot wings, seems I do have a desire to be messy and the wings are not messy enough.
I have also used their catering.  SO much food for a GREAT price!  Everything was ready when they said it would be and so yummy!
